The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, really close to the City Centre, and eating places, in a lovely quiet area. The breakfast was well prepared and excellent with sausages, toast, orange juice, had everything you could want.

The location is exceptionally nice and ideal, not too far away from Teesside University. And it's near to town centre and football stadium, a beautiful park and food outlets. The food is good and savoury.

Make sure to ask for a guest room with a shower, the staff is very helpful and attentive, and the location is great, especially if you're a football fan.

This place is in a great location, just a 10-15 minute walk from Dorman Museum and it's a quiet little place, within walking distance from a railway station, and the food, especially the breakfast, is excellent.
